Trailer Mounted Mineral Processor


This is a picture of a alluvial mineral separator that was recently for sale at Yahoo Auctions.

I left it here as an incentive for anyone hoping to make something similar. Unfortunately I can't help with specific details as its not mine.

GOLD or mineral processing plant mounted on single axle 12"x8" trailer,all modular unit can be unbolted to remove any item for repair.
Has its own power supply,6KVA 3phase generator with 8 outlets plus 1x240volt outlet.
Powered by 2 cylinder electric start Kubota water cooled diesel motor,consists of double trommel.
Inner trommel is punched plate,allows separated material to go to warman rubber lined gravel pump,this delivers material to specialy designed sepatation jig,with 2 primary sawtooths to catch coarse gold or mineral the balance of the material is directed to an oscilating table under the jig to catch micron gold.
It also has a feed conveyer,and a sluice with hungarian riffles to catch coarce lumps of gold,it will handle about 1 ton per hour, or if you can shovel faster who knows.
Comes with an electric flexidrive water pump,and 100ft of lay flat hose, this unit has recovered fine gold down to 40 micron, and would be ideal for sampling or a small alluvial claim.
